Lacombe Registries Ltd. has access to a small portion of the Land Titles system to pull a current title, print a copy of a document, or pull a historical title. In order for us to search for your request, the client must bring us the LINC number, legal land location, Lot-Block-Plan number, or title number. If a title was registered prior to 1973 Lacombe Registries Ltd. can request a copy of the document from the Land Titles office . Clients should be advised that the request for these documents will not result in an immediate print out of their document.

If a client is needing to make changes to their title, such as change of ownership or mortgage removal, they must contact the Land Titles office in either Calgary or Edmonton, or visit a Registry office with appropriate accreditation.
